The good thing is you keep us busy with many arrangements - show and lottery. Meeting friends after a long time, it was difficult to talk ocross the table. Maybe a bit more time for talking would be nice. But, as usual - great job done by all of you.

It was a very good, and very well planned party. Nice with Glögg , nice with Lucia procession at the big TV screen at the very beginning. Mats B is very good on stage. The guests feel very welcome! Good that the sponsors got a bottle of wine as a token of appreciation. Nice with the School coir singing Christmas songs (even if the audience was not so quite!) Fine prices in the lottery! Very funny and nice magician! Excellent food and wines! It's OK to put bottles on the tables. Good service from the staff. The band was so good and played very well. IT WAS A PERFECT EVENING!
First of all, praise goes out the SCCJ planning committee, including Taiko Nakazato for all of their hard work, preparation and coordination to make it a success. Overall, very happy, but in the future would have been nice to have more time to speak to the other members as this is the biggest party of the year. Nothing major, this was a great party and I was very happy to join.
Arrangements were excellent. The band also played well. For some reason Westin's kitchen is not very good for this party.
I am fimilir with Norsk Julebord and you certainly came up to the mark. It is a pity you did not sing a Norsk Song. I really likeed St Lucia

Was on a corner table #1 so couldnt see much of the Stage events ; Very impressive lottery program.
QUESTION 4. - Food & Beverage Service Variety/volume Quality

We had better think of the variety/volume of food. Poor variety and Too Low volume. And very expensive.
This year like years previous, the volume seems to be made for Japanese, not foreigners.
Food was goon and the Service was good
Champagne would be preferable.
As a Nordic dinner, I would have preferred various herrings as starter. Rice pudding was terrible - sorry. Other dishes were ok. Portions a bit small though (for a big Santa like me)
QUESTION 5. - Participation fee

Regarding the overall program, quality of raffle prizes, etc., I actually thing it's a bit expensive. I'm not so terrible price sensitive, but I know that many think it's to much money. I think that cost was a bigger issue than 3/11, etc, for this year's lower participation rate. Maybe.
Please try to keep this level... do not go up please.
I think the balance between the cost of participation and food is not good. It should be Drinks less and food more.
A bit discount would be desirable.
15,000 yen would be right price
QUESTION 6. - Preferred venue in 2012?

Would be nice to try a different, more central location, such as Roppongi, Ginza, Otemachi. Ebisu seems far and Westin is also far from the station, central Ebisu area.
Maybe competition between the locations improves the quality of services.
I really like Happo-en but I love the way that The Westin Hotel was decorated for Christmas. I like both.
Hotel Shinagawa GOOS near shinagawa station, because of easy access for everybody by JR-Yamanote line or taxi or cars
Capitol Tokyu, Cerulean Tower Tokyu or Conrad Tokyo.
