Mr Kobayashi, gave a brief introduction to JRDC and also told about his connections to Finland. He was actually part of a fireworks team from Nagaoka in Niigata which performed at at the new yaer party celebrating Helsinki as Culture Ciry of Europe.
Then Mr. Ohya made a presentation on the investment climate in Japan, and explained about JRDC's role, giving examples of their industrial and reasearch park project in different parts of Japan. | ||||||||
