Guest Speaker: Mr. Andrew Silberman, President & Chief Enthusiast, AMT Group

In his presentation Mr. Silberman first explained about his own background and the company, AMT Group. Then he went on to identify the motivators for people and finally presented "A 12-cylinder Motivator Engine".

He also presented the "GPS Model" for leadership, where G stands for Goal--beyond sales, P for Product (or Service), S for System and Model for "Role Model".

For the first time at a FCCJ luncheon meeting the speaker put the participants to work. They had to, among other things, identify their own motivators and measure their current motivation level.

The meeting, held at Hotel Okura, was attended by 27 members and guests.
