  INVITATION 24 April 2018

Dear !*TITLE*! !*LASTNAME*!,

This is the final reminder of the Team Finland seminar on the EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) on Tuesday, 8 May. We still have seats so if you are interested, sign up by tomorrow Wednesday. If you read this on Monday because of the Golden Week, we can still accept a few then.

The landmark agreement will pave the way for significant market opportunities in a new joint free trade zone consisting of 630 million people with strong purchasing power, accounting for nearly one third of global GDP. The agreement is projected to more than double European exports to Japan from around 80bn euro a year to over 180bn within a 10-year time frame, with a similar dramatic increase in Japanese exports to the EU going from 55bn euro to over 140bn.

Join us for the seminar to find out how your company can benefit from the agreement and what you need to be aware of to fully utilize its impact on your business. We will have two experts on the agreement from the Trade and Economic Section of the EU Delegation to Japan, Ms. Marjut Hannonen, Minister-Counsellor, Head of Trade and Economic Section and Ms. Mervi Kahlos, Counsellor.

The seminar is followed by a Networking Cocktail from 17:30.
