ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY & DINNER WITH THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The 9th Ordinary Annual General Assembly of FCCJ will be held at the

Embassy of Finland on
Thursday, 3 April, 20086 at 17.00

The General Assembly will handle matters according to Article 9 in the Articles of Association. See enclosed agenda. Note the small change to Article 8. in the Articles of Association proposed by the Board of Directors (point 13 in the agenda).

Dinner with the Board of Trustees at 18:00
After the Assembly (at 18:00), we will have an update from H.E. Mr. Jorma Julin, Ambassador of Finland to Japan, followed by a Dinner hosted by Ambassador Julin. We have invited our Board of Trustees members and you will have opportunities to discuss with them during the dinner.

The dinner is free for one representative/member.
