The 5th FCCJ General Assembly was held on Monday 31 March at the Embassy of Finland. The activity and fiscal reports for 2002 were approved, as well as the action plan and budget for fiscal year 2003, starting 1 April. 
One new board member was elected; Kaj Forsell of Tekla K.K. The board consists now of the following elected members:
