The meeting also confirmed the election of two new members to the Board of Trustees; Erik Ullner, Konigstedt Ltd. and FCCJ reprsentative in teh EBC and its auditor, and Kimio Hashida of Nokia Japan Co., Ltd.. As auditors were elected Samuli Pahkala, Vaisala K.K. and Yoshimichi Sano of Seiwa Accounting Services Inc.
 The General Assembly also approved the activity and financial reports for fiscal 2005 as well as activity plan and budget for 2006. The membership fees remain unchanged, 150,000 yen for corporate members and 20,000 yen for individual members. |
